Our Customers

This is not your typical “Our Customers” page. You won’t find a list of names and logos of the travel companies we’ve worked with because that’s not how we do things here. We want to make sure we are protecting our customer’s secret sauce and a key ingredient of that sauce is who they work with in destination.

In this section, we want to focus the conversation around what matters most to us. The final customer. This is why we’re sharing 4 elements that describe the mindset of the travelers we service alongside our B2B partners.

4 things our type of travelers would say

1. Luxury is in the access.

Our type of travelers believe luxury is not necessarily measured on things money can buy, like helicopter flights or presidential suites. Rather, it is the access to experiences, venues, and great local personalities that only people with a strong network have access to.

2. Adventure-ready but only at the perfect pace.

Our type of travelers aren’t looking to get lost in a jungle for 5 days or ascend a snowy peak to feel a sense of adventure. They may be in good shape but a strenuous and less-than-comfortable vacation is not what they’re after. They want to avoid the crowds when connecting with nature, but still have access to a level of comfort that enhances and complements the perfectly-paced adventure they’re seeking.

3. Local experiences that don’t skimp on quality.

Our travelers want to rub shoulders with locals and get off the beaten path. They want to feel and experience a real sense of the local culture in the destination, but they’re not willing to sacrifice or skimp on safety and comfort to have that local experience.

4. Low key, high touch.

Our travelers loathe the made-for-tourism sort of experiences. They don’t like being the center of attention when having a local experience either, but they do still want things to be prepared and ready for them when they arrive. They want to skip lines when possible and have the best table at the restaurant.
